Buttermilk Pecan Lassi

Buttermilk-lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles Nuestro Yogurt® Pecan – 7 oz
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup butter pecan ice cream or butternut ice cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar (add according to taste)
  • 1/2 nuts (mix of pistachios, pecans/walnuts, almonds)
  • 1 teaspoons rose essence
  • 15 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons rose syrup/ rooh afza*
  • whipped cream-optional

 

Preparation

In a juicer or blender, add the Nuestro Yogurt® Pecan and ice cubes and let it blend well to a buttery consistency. Next add the sugar, the nuts, the rose essence and the milk and blend well. The nuts can be blended to powder separately and added for smoother texture or added directly when blending the drink, according to taste.

Lastly add the butter pecan ice cream or any ice cream with nutty flavor and give it one more last spin. Serve in tall glasses and top with whip cream and a drizzle of pink rose syrup if desired.
